Policies & Procedures
A credit card is required to reserve your appointment time. You will not be charged until the date of service at the end of your session. New clients must call to schedule your appointment over the phone.
Late Arrival Policy
Always plan to arrive 5-10 mins early to your appointment. Extending the session past the scheduled end time to account for a late arrival is not permissible. If you are late, your session has started without you and you will only be provided treatment for the remainder of time left for your appointment. Payment for the full length of the session will be required. Please help to ensure you receive your full time by arriving early.
If you are going to be late, please communicate with me by calling or texting (470) 782-8334. If you are so late that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please review the cancellation policy.
Confirming your appointment
Please remember to confirm your appointment prior to your appointment when asked via confirmation text or email. If you do not provide confirmation within 24 hours, you may risk losing your appointment.
I have reserved your appointment time just for you. I require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If a circumstance presents itself that conflicts with your appointment time, I ask that you notify me immediately through any medium necessary. I can be reached via email at any time of day or night at email@example.com, or text or call 470-782-8334 anytime during normal business hours and leave a message. It is your responsibility to ensure you have received a reply from me to confirm cancellation BEFORE your missed appointment time.
Cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours notice: No charge.
Cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment for ANY reason: $35 or 50% of the full session rate (whichever is greater) will be charged to your card on file. If I am able to fill the vacant appointment time, you will not be charged.
Same day scheduling policy: If you make an appointment the same day and cancel prior to your scheduled time, you will be charged 50% of the session rate. If I am able to fill the vacant appointment time, you will not be charged.
No show policy: If you fail to show up for your appointment and do not call to cancel you will be charged 100% of the session fee. Cancellations made after the start of the session time will be considered a no-show. This also applies to cancellations made with less than 2 hours notice.
Payment in the form of cash, debit, or credit card are due at the time of service. I accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. ALL CASH PAYMENTS MUST BE IN EXACT AMOUNT. I DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS. Special offers can not be combined with any offers. Vouchers or coupons must be presented at the time of service or you’ll be charged the full rate of the session.
